- During launches, sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping
We ship across India to serviceable pincodes. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, courier partner, and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard delivery is typically estimated at 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery, where available, is typically estimated at 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, destination, selected delivery method, and active store settings. Free shipping offers apply only when shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available contact method. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected locations when shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, inspections, or local restrictions. These charges and requirements are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Address Or Failed Delivery
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, refused parcels, or missing contact information.
If a parcel is returned to us, we may contact you for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Delays
Courier delays can happen due to weather, strikes, high shipping volume, service interruptions, customs clearance, or other events outside our control. We will help track delayed shipments where possible.
